ServiceSnap stores account details, vehicle records, service history, reminders, and uploaded service files so the app can provide your garage record experience.

Sign-in providers

When you sign in with Google, Apple, or Microsoft, ServiceSnap stores the provider name, provider account identifier, verified email address, and account timestamps. ServiceSnap does not store provider passwords.

Private records

Vehicle records and uploads are private by default. Uploaded files are stored in a private Cloudflare R2 bucket and are accessed through authenticated, owner-checked API routes.

Operational data

ServiceSnap records security and account events such as signups, logins, disabled accounts, and failed authentication attempts to protect the service and investigate abuse.
